Palamós - Spain, 09/18/1998 The sweet and Frenchified Riviera in the Mediterranean, turns south on the Costa Brava Catalan, separated by Gulf of Lions .
Here the beaches (rocks btw) are surrounded by mountains much closer to the coast than in the previous cities we visited. There are fishing villages that survived the development of tourism and big cities.

Leaving Barcelona on Highway Castelldefels, we settled in a tent at Camping El Toro Bravo (Carretera C-246 Km 11 Viladecans). From there (nowhere near the center) were in a truck to make the rides as good tourists, but the delay is Dead (at rush hour the roads - enable even more of a way out - become impassable .)
